To
change a course format to a different format requires a rethink of the pedagogy
principles that will be applicable in the design, development and
implementation of the change. Effective transition should not just be about
“dumping’ a face-to-face learning material into a distance learning environment
as a way of trying a new delivery method (Simonson, et al, 2012).
